Fiber

Adding fiber to an arena not only helps cushion the footing, but it also increases the stability and reduces the shearing effect that sand alone can have. In addition to adding cushioning to your footing, the moisture retention of the fibers reduces the amount of watering needed and helps trap small dust particles.
